Step 01 · Five minutes

Sign up. A human calls back.

Sign up for a shift. A member of our organizing team will call you a few days out from your shift to make sure you are prepared.

Step 02 · Fifteen minutes

Get trained.

Every shift starts with a short training: the script, the tech, what to expect at the door or over the phone.

Step 03 · Two hours

Hit the field. Log it all.

Knock a list of doors or make some calls. Every conversation gets logged, and all data is shared with campaigns across the state.

Step 04 · All cycle

Watch it add up.

Doors become data. Data becomes turnout. Your shifts stack up against the statewide goal — and you'll know exactly which races your work touched in November.

None at all. Every shift starts with a short training, and you'll usually be paired with a more experienced volunteer your first time out.
As much or as little as you have. Some volunteers do one phone-banking shift a week; others canvass every weekend. You set your own availability.
Yes — the program organizes in all 254 counties. Phone and text banking work from anywhere, and there are canvasses in communities across the state.
Luckily, every coordinated campaign volunteer shift supports the whole ticket. So you're always doing work for the candidates you care about most! Tell your organizer which race you care about, or browse the challengers to find one near you.
